You must not, in the use of prosface, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Prosface account.

Although prosface prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that prosface cannot be held responsible for the content posted on its website and that you may nevertheless be exposed to such materials and use the service.

The Prosface service allows images and text hosted on Proface to be displayed on external websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites that display data hosted on Prosface must provide a link to Prosface.

Copyright (What's Yours is Yours is Yours): We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Prosface service. Your profile and uploaded material remain yours.

You can delete your profile at any time by deleting your account. It will also delete the text and images you have stored in the system.

We encourage users to contribute their creations to the public domain or consider progressive licensing terms.
